How to make your reservation?

2-. Information we need to know:
- What day would you like to take the tour? Please let us know your preferred date for the tour.
- How many people will be participating? Tell us the number of participants so we can organize everything accordingly.
- Which tour have you chosen? Let us know if you’ve chosen the Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum tour.
- Your off-road riding level. We need to know your skill level to assign you to the appropriate group (beginner, novice, intermediate, expert).
- Any additional questions or information. If you have any questions or relevant details to share, don’t hesitate to let us know.
3-. Payment and Reservation: No deposit is required to reserve your spot. Payment will be made in cash on the day of the tour, upon arrival at our base.
What happens after submitting your request?
After sending your request, we will respond as soon as possible. If you haven’t received a reply via email, your message may have ended up in the SPAM folder, so we recommend sending us a message on WhatsApp.
5-. What if we don’t answer the phone?
If you call and we don’t answer, we’re likely out on a ride. In that case, please send us an email or a WhatsApp message, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
